Returns: damaged, defective or incorrect items, or items that do not match their description, can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, sealed and in original packaging. Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 working days (Cash on Delivery orders by bank transfer, or adjusted against a future order).

میں نے آپ کی ویب سائٹ/اسٹور سے گلوٹاتھائیون شائٹس کا ایک ڈبہ منگوایا تھا جس میں 15 شائٹس شامل ہیں۔ ڈبے کے اندر موجود شائٹس کے ذائقے میں واضح فرق دیکھنے کو ملا ہے؛ کچھ شائٹس میں لیموں کا ذائقہ (Lemon flavor) حد سے زیادہ کھٹا ہے جبکہ کچھ شائٹس کافی میٹھے ہیں۔ ایک ہی ڈبے کے اندر نصف شائٹس کا ذائقہ کچھ اور ہے اور باقی کا کچھ اور، جس کی وجہ سے یہ خدشہ محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ آیا مصنوعات کے معیاری ہونے میں کوئی مسئلہ ہے یا ان میں ملاوٹ کی گئی ہے۔
