At Sasti Dawai, we aim to provide reliable and affordable shipping services across Pakistan.
- We deliver nationwide using trusted courier partners.
- Shipping fee: Rs. 280 for orders below Rs. 7,000. Orders of Rs. 7,000 or more ship free. The fee, or free shipping, is shown at checkout.
- Orders are processed promptly after confirmation.
- For high-value orders, advance payment may be required for order confirmation.
We ensure that all orders are packed securely to maintain product safety and quality during transit.
Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan after dispatch.
- Orders in major cities are usually delivered faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
- To check your parcel status, message us on WhatsApp.
- Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers will be notified in case of any delay.
Order Updates on WhatsApp:
- When you place an order, we use the mobile number you provide to send messages about that order on WhatsApp (Meta): an order confirmation with Confirm / Cancel / Call me buttons, and replies to questions you send us, such as your parcel status.
- We do not send promotional broadcasts on WhatsApp.
- You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP; we will then confirm your orders by phone instead.
- Your number and order details are processed by our order system and by Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver these messages.
