Refund policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Product does not match the description

Return Conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
• Proof (images or video) may be required for verification
• For eligible returns (damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described), Sasti Dawai arranges the pickup and pays the return courier cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used healthcare products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products returned after the allowed time period 

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, or adjusted against a future order if you prefer.
