Q: Are your products 100% original?

A: Yes. We operate a registered physical pharmacy in Shahdra, Lahore, and source all products from authorized distributors. Every item is seal-packed and expiry-checked before dispatch. You are welcome to visit our store and verify yourself.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Three easy ways: (1) Order directly on the website, (2) Message us on WhatsApp at 0331-4909197 with the product name, (3) Visit our pharmacy in person.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive your product. Bank transfer is also available for advance payment.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: 1–2 days within Lahore and 2–4 working days across the rest of Pakistan. A tracking number is shared on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

A: Delivery is FREE on orders above Rs. 5,000. For smaller orders, standard courier charges apply and are shown at checkout.

Q: What if there is a problem with my product?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Send your order details on WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes — message us on WhatsApp any time before your order is dispatched.
